refactor: 清理index.vue未使用的CSS类

- 删除未使用的工具类：mt-2, text-white, text-green-700, text-blue-700
- 删除未使用的背景色类：bg-green-100, bg-blue-100
- 删除未使用的 view-all 样式
- 代码行数从654减少到623（减少31行）
